1. Where is your shop located?
Our showroom is located at Pque. Our items are also available at Market Liberty Evia Lifestyle Center.
*No showroom visits allowed during the quarantine
2. Do you make your own baskets?
Yes, our baskets are mostly made at Quezon by local communities at our hometown. Raw materials come from different parts of the Philippines. Our designs undergo product development as well.
3. What is your mode of payment?
We accept payments thru BPI / BDO / Gcash. We currenly don't accept COD. If you want COD, you can use the pabili service of lalamove.
4. Do you ship outside of Metro Manila?
We have suspended provincial shipping because of the ECQ.
5. When do you restock sold out items?
We don't have a restock schedule because our restock depends on availability of materials and weavers. We announce restocks at our instagram and facebook page.
6. Can your baskets get wet?
Our baskets won't get damaged immediately if you get it wet BUT you should not keep it wet. Since it's made of natural materials, you have to dry the basket immediately. Sun drying is the best way.
7. Are your baskets treated for termites?
Yes, this is done during the finishing process. Even though it is treated for termites, you still have to clean your baskets from time to time.
8. How do you clean your baskets?
You can use a brush or you can use a damp cloth to clean certain areas. Don't forget to dry the basket before using it again.
9. Do you accept resellers?
We don't have official resellers but there are other shops who sell our items. Please send us a message on instagram and facebook (@buklodcrafts) if you would like to buy baskets for reselling.
10. Do you customize?
We do custom orders but because of the quarantine, we are limiting custom orders to bulk orders. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to get a quote.
